Aleathea Dupree was born in Coventry, England and migrated with her family to the United States at the tender age of eight. The Lord had His hands on her life from a very young age. But, it wasn't until she had a personal encounter with the Lord at the age of fifteen that she accepted Him as her Lord and Savior.

Aleathea completed her Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Temple University. For many years she enjoyed a very successful career in the Information Technology corporate arena as a Senior Technical Consultant and Analyst. Not long after graduating from college, Aleathea completed three years of study at the New Life Bible Institute in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and graduated with honors. Immediately following, she completed an additional three years of training at the Christian Stronghold School of Biblical Counseling and graduated with honors once again. She has served as the Staff Counselor for a ministry for persons experiencing divorce, separation or widowhood. She also served on the staff of counselors for the Sharon Baptist Church's Counseling Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Aleathea has long since acknowledged and accepted her calling to teach, to write, and to counsel. She recently published her first book entitled, "THOUGH THE VISION TARRY: Waiting For My Promised Mate," a work in which she combines all three aspects of her ministry calling.

The Lord has blessed her with many gifts and talents, and she realized early on in her walk with the Lord that "to whom much is given, much is required." Among the many talents that the Lord has entrusted her with includes the ability to minister through song. Putting her creative and information technology skills to full use, Aleathea left the corporate arena and started her own home-based website, graphic design, and book publishing business, Dathea Web Design & Publishing. Her designs are among the most creative to be found worldwide.

With all of the success that she has been blessed to enjoy, the ministries that are closest to her heart are those of being a wife and mother. She is the crown of her husband, Attorney and Minister David H. Dupree, and the loving mother of her son, David, Jr. (DJ). She currently resides in the Washington, D.C. area, and attends the Greater Mount Calvary Holy Church, under the leadership of Bishop Alfred and Co-Pastor Susie Owens.
